We are an independent organisation and our aim is to ensure the people and agencies we work with can be the very best they can possibly be. We understand the complex environments that can sometimes exist within a community support framework.

We specialise in two key areas: firstly, in providing Management Support Services for the Human Service and Community Sector. ECB provides a suite of consulting management support services, specifically designed for Senior Managers, CEO's, and Boards who operate within the competitive and complex Human Services environment. The services offered by ECB are designed to assist organisations in fulfilling their vision and mission. They can be custom designed to meet the specific needs of any Human Service Agency.

Secondly, we also specialise in working with individuals and families to ensure they can link with the best resources and supports available in their local communities. We are not a direct service provider, rather we assist in linking people and their families to service providers and helping them negotiate the best possible support options for the person needing assistance.
